Jacqueline Ching-Ling Leung (D.M.A), aka "Jackie", is a Canadian pianist, freelance teaching artist, and workshop facilitator of international scope, having given performances and presentations in North and South America, Europe, the Middle-East and Hong Kong.
From traditional piano repertoire to improvisation, cross-genre and multidisciplinary projects and collaborations with living composers, Jackie is interested in expanding the dimensions of music in the 21st century.
Jackie is a dedicated teaching artist and adjudicator with international experience, from teaching university music majors to the youngest of today’s artists.
Continually interpreting piano repertoire, researching historical performance practices, piano technique, and Dalcroze pedagogy, Jackie is dedicated to providing students with a spectrum of the most informed and creative teaching practices.
